yeah it is. It looks like it is too big for a honda though, maybe a 1970 Impala

Yeah it is but its a old school design, small springs being compressed in that can pop out and do some damage !!!!!!!!!!!!

k thanks, my friend said that i wont need to use a spring compressor with hr sports cuz the springs are smaller than stocks ones. is that true?

you won't need to compress the H&Rs to install but you will need to compress the stocks to get them off.

i am going to need one of those next month when i do my suspention on my 66 stang .... it is time for a front suspention rebiuld on her ....and would like to also convert it to front disc brakes while i am at it ...
