Hondata S300: Entering different injector sizes

Something I've noticed when changing the injector size for current injector size located under the fuel trim tab. Is that nothing changes on the maps...isn't hondata suppose to compensate for the increase ?

The fuel map does not change, the fuel trim changes (behind the scenes).
