PC OBD2 reader on ebay?

I need to get a OBD2 reader to read the check engine light on my 7th gen accord. I saw the OBD2 reader to PC on ebay for pretty cheap has any one used it? I don't mind the inconvenience's using the pc

It said it was good for 96 and up honda

I use auttera's USB OBD2 scan tool and I love it.
