200+whp 1.6L
Im new to the honda scene, just got my first honda yesturday!!YAY I want to use the stock motor its got a 1.6L non-vtec. single cam if you need to know. its already got DX headers,intake, racing clutch, msd ignition and a fuel regulator. could someone tell me how to make over 200whp with out tearing into the block.my buddy says you can swap a vtec head onto the non-vtec block and have torq+vtec, if thats true would that be best for what im trying to achive?

You are not gonna see 200whp out of your D16 non-vtec without using a turbo kit. Your better off spending the money and going with a b-series swap. it's significantly more cost effective then trying to make 200whp NA out of your motor, even well built D16 vtec motors would need a lot of work to get there. I suggest you browse this forum and read what others are doing before you make any more posts like this.
