41 Primary oxygen sensor heater: What would cause this? Or does this mean that the o2 snesor is simply messed up?

yeah I plugged everything in already. Im good VTEC pops n stuff. Ill post some pics up soon so you guys can tell what im talking about. No to mention that CEL about the O2 sensors heater or something. Code 41, that confused the hell outta me. What is the heater? Is it in the O2 sensor itself?
