Default CEL problem

My o2 sensor had somehow gotten chopped and my cel was on. I finally replaced it and the cel was still on. It threw a code 41. Everywhere I read it is the o2 sensor heater or something like that. Does anyone know what tha hell this means?

Reset your ECU and the CEL should go away. If it doesn't pop up again, don't worry about it. If it does, jump the code and see what it throws again. If its the same problem, then check it out. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

.. try all those resets mentioned ... if still no resolution ... its the replacement O2 sensor.. or some wires are pulled from the connector btw what kind of o2 sensor do you have and where did you get it ..
