Default Idle issues w/ Built Turbo D16z6

Hey guys, maybe you can help me out since 4 of my friends and I are completely stumped on my idling issue.

I have a Semi-built Turbo D16z6 and I'm having trouble getting the car to hold a steady idle. We have tried 2 other IAC valves, and have yet to find a vacuum leak. The car is being tuned on Hondata S300 and we have noticed the TPS is jumping erratically as well. The idle will fluctuate very erratically and eventually stall out...any ideas?

Specs as followed:

Head:

Crower Valves/Valvesprings/Retainers
Comp 59300 Cam
Edelbrock Performer X IM
BDL 68mm TB
Cometic MLS Headgasket w/ ARP Headstuds

Block:

Stock Sleeves
CP Pistons Std Bore 9.0:1
Eagle Rods w/ ARP rod bolts
Benson Crank
ACL Bearings

Please let me know if you need any further information.

I've been having this same issue. Ive tried new ELD, new o2 sensor, new cap and rotor, new iacv, and a stock throttle body without tps messed with. Is it after the car warms up for the most part and do your headlights dim and get brighter? Also have your alternator checked. Let me know if you figure something out, this has been biting me in the *** for a while now. Some one also told me to get a new ignition coil, havent tried that yet.

*Update*

We figured out the problem and it's so stupid I don't even want to say it. I/we failed to re-check the TB gasket...it did not have the holes cut out for IACV and was being completely blocked. Stupid me...any how, problem is solved....dyno tomorrow

Well I wasn't able to hit the dyno, but my tuner did street tune it for safe/conservative levels...my boost cut is set to 10psi considering I'm still on a stock Map (for now), and i have a 10psi WG spring...car runs perfectly smooth though Dyno will come in about 2 weeks when i can upgrade to 750cc injectors, and an Omni 4 bar Map.
