LS VTEC SUGGESTIONS FOR 200 HP
HOW YA DOIN HONDA TECH PEOPLE IM TRYIN TO BUILD A RELIABLE LS VTEC SETUP WIT TYPE R INTERNALS THAT WILL GET ME AT AROUND 190 - 200HP...I WAS HOPIN IF YA CUD GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON GETTIN THERE

well I'll let you know in a week or 2.
My LS/VTEC put down 187whp and I just ordered a Hytech Replica regular tube header and I will be order a BPi Velocity stack as well. My new goal is to break the 200whp mark.
With you list of parts and build I would assume around you will be pretty close. I'm not sure if I would use CTR pistons if you plan on daily driving the car.

the only thing holding you back in that set up are the cams.
get some real cams like skunk2 pro 1's or any other cams that are in that size range.
your not going to break 200whp with stock gsr cams

get some real cams those r gonna kill you.. and wats up with the 84mm vtec kit??? u kno thats for a b20 block right?? your ls is 81mm unless you bored it or sleeved it. i belive the 84mm is referring to the headgasket it came with???
