Alright so i was just sitting in the R.
It was at like 1700 rpm at idle then all the sudden would drop to around 1200...it would shake a little more than it did at 1700.
Whats going on?

 

It's warming up?

 

check your vacuum hoses. also could have a spark plug or fuel injector going bad.


go to search and click on archived content and search for idle issues.

 

thats what i think it it...because i got CEL yesterday. code was 71

 

Ok so what does manufacturer control ingnition system or misfire mean...

Cylinder 1 Misfire

Check your plugs.

And wires... especially if you have MSD ones...

Sounds like the same misfire that you already knew that you had.
