OEM type s pistons with sleeved block
Should be fine considering the other Honda blocks use cast pistons. Although, why would you run such a setup? It's the worst of both worlds.

Understood, I'm trying to get a used block since mine is badly scraped, I didn't wanna bore it out since FRM is kind of tricky to hone or bore and I already have oem size pistons, I got some offers on sleeved blocks so that's why I wanted to know. I'll just keep searching for a non-sleeved block, thanks!!!
Sell your Type-S pistons, should be easy. Send the block to Golden Eagle or DonF. Should be around $300 shipped and back to have the block .25mm overbored. It's a good idea to hone when replacing pistons anyway.
