Default Question for Supercharged ITR's w/ B20 crank pulley

Hey guys. I recently picked up a charged ITR and have been going through the setup fixing anything that needed it. While doing so I decided to put a 3.8" pulley on after being told it was a 9lb. pulley. However, it is just a 7psi pulley. I think I want to do the B20 crank pulley upgrade to get another 2psi before getting tuned. I had my heart set on 9psi so 7 just isn't going to cut it . I am going to try to do the crank pulley swap tomorrow. I need to know the correct belt sizes before I do the swap. If anyone here has this setup and could let me know your belt sizes that you are running that would be great. Thanks in advance!

I have all that info at home. You do know that the alternator will be overspun. You should just get the MVM stepped pulley like I have. I'd allows the belt to have more surface to wrap around and less slippage while allowing the alternator to spin at normal speed. How's the car now did shawn take care of you?

Shawn has been awesome through the whole thing. Yes he helped me out and covered the cost of the parts I needed. Super honest guy.

I did not know about the MVM pulley... I 'll do some research. The car is supposed to get tuned tomorrow, but I don't want to waste the money for just 7 psi.

where are you getting tuned? Don't get the Endyn stepper, alot of people keep throwing their belts because there is an offset that should not be there. People with that setup have to grind both the alternator and braket to align it. MVM fits perfect for many as myself as well. I was at 9psi with my highflow cat, then dropped to 8.5 after I gutted it. Stock 4.2 snout and stock crank pulley. Boost comes in quicker too. I ran 5.5psi at Expo 8 because I ddin't have the LHT intercooler but my belt kept slipping down to 3psi because I used the stepper's belt.

What pisses me off is that the guy at Jackson Racing (just prior to Moss taking over) informed me that it was a 9lb pulley. Sorry... I was under the impression it was what the guy told me. Hopefully you get it worked out.

Custom Car Care in Yorktown. So if you are running the stock 4.2" pulley with the stepper and are running 9psi, then that would put me at 10psi since I am now running the 3.8". The problem is that my tuner told me that we may run into fuel issues @ just 9psi with the 440cc injectors I am running. Maybe I should just go ahead and get it tuned at 7 psi and maybe retune for higher boost down the road. Gonna have to think about this one.

No problem man. I'm glad I went through the whole thing because I found alot of things that needed to be taken care of. And I got 1 more psi out of it right? Haha.

Are any of you running into problems with heat without the LHT intercooler setup? It sucks that to make it run decent you have to spend as much as your supercharger setup just to run cooler.

Alot of people say if you're running stock boost not to worry about the LHT. I'm running a little more and have meth injection.

I had a friend extensively port my blower and S tube so it took longer of constantly hammering on it to get the intake temps up. It didn't have that temp spike you can clearly see using Hondata while it was on the dyno. Temps did rise but at a slower rate.
