Will a B18C engine in a 98 Civic HX pass an inspection? I heard that you need a P72 USDM ECU, where can i find one? Also if it comes with a JDM P72 what can be done?

 

you can find a ecu in the marketplace or even on craigslist(also ebay but most arent virgins) ...most gas stations in jersey that do inspection just require you to have a cat...their pretty lenient so just stay away from the dmv

yup..it costs me 100 bucks becuase they had to "look away" on a lot the things in the car lol...oh well i got a 4 year sticker

yes if their certifies to do it....in north jersey there are a lot of stations that do it but few that dont care about the law and pass you anyway...talk to your local car gurus in yuor town and see if they know of any...im possitive that some gas stations do it but i dont know any in Linden im not from around there
