It is not going to break if you try the following:

-use a fixed wrench and put a BIG HEAVY pipe over it (3-5 feet) and wrench counterclockwise

If this does not unlock te bolt :

-Get a blowtorch and a can of water (in case your car catches fire) and superheat the bolt on both sides.. then IMMEDIATE wrench the bolt loose..

Why do you need to take the bolt off for the LCAs? When I installed my Lower Tie Bar I know that the Strut was attached at a different bolt, you don't need to take out the LCA bolt. Maybe for the front, but I doubt it. Bolts usually won't break, they are made of heavy steel for a reason.

i heated mine up w/a torch, both acame out, but they were froze in the bushing, so i had to knock out teh bushings and replace them, they were like 20$ from an import dealer.....chances are you will need to replace these bushings, the bolts come with the bushings

If you secure the bolt of the shocks/LCA do it with the full weight of the car on the suspension otherwise the bushings will be put under stress and make them crack after a while...

Just some advice from someone who changes suspension parts more often than most people from shoes..
