Default Arp head studs

I need the correct torque specs and install for the Arp head studs for my 95 gsr. oh and I'm using the arp lube. I searched for the correct torque specs but different numbers ranging from 65 to 80lbs. Then when installing the head studs do you hand tighten down first or torque them down?

ok 70lbs with moly lube and you hand tighten into the block. Is this the correct way to install them?
