how do i put on a tech on a 96 civic ex
k i got a tech but i dont know where the wire go so i need help if you can please help the color of the wire is red black and green thanks

You mean tach.
Splice the wires to your cluster harness.
Tach Wire ------> Cluster Wire
Red -----> Black/White
Black -----> Black
Green -----> Blue
Splice the wires to your cluster harness.
