Default tube size for 800hp i ex manifold....

got some 42,5 cm innner diameter tubes for my new 800hp manifold , the ? is .... are they big enough !?????? or should i go bigger , ill post some pic later , on how i think it should look like ( the tubes are some left overs from when i made my 500hp manifold ) running a GT42 garrett in a toyota 3sgte 2,0 l engine..... planning for 600hp on boost and 200hp on nitro oxide.

jesper beyer

a danish 3sgte freak .....

That will work just fine, just make sure your design flows smoothly

running a GT42R? You should make 800hp on boost alone. That turbo is way too massive to just run for 600hp.

Hell, you could make 600hp on a large GT35R IMO.

I'd say you could get by with a GT40R to run 600 on boost and 200 shot of nitrous for the extra umph.

600 on boost ? that thing should make ALOT more then 600 with a 42r. I have a couple 3sgte's over 600 with alot less turbo then you have.

Did you make that inlet for the turbo yourself or did you buy it some where? If bought, where from? Thanks!
