Default new turbo manifold = new tune?

I'm considering getting rid of my ramhorn manifold for a log, for quicker spools. Do I need to get re-tuned for this?

Yes. Your engine is an air pump and this will considerably effect how it flows.

Definitely needs a re-tune.. With such a drastic change (from a ramhorn to a log), your boost will also become different too (so you will need to tweak your boost controller as well).

If you are looking for faster spool, I am really hoping that your log manifold has a proper merge collector but short runners... Post up a pic if you can Going from an EL ramhorn with proper merge collector to a poor designed log manifold could lose both spool and power FYI.
