usdm jdm?

i just recently bought a 94 honda prelude with a vtec swap... i dont have the guys # anymore and was wondering what the easyest way to tell if its a usdm engine or jdm engine?

u can tell by the code on the engine block.

where is that located at? i cant seem to find it from just poppin the hood

pop the hood and look to the very left of the engine block right below the headers/exhaust manifold check out my pic

And just in case you hadn't found the info on it, if its a jdm engine, it will just be stamped H22A, and a US motor will be followed with a number, aka H22A1 or 4
