PERSONAL OPINION..... lowering springs OR coilovers
I am curious to know what people prefer over one another.. Lowering Springs or Coilovers??? I like lowering springs because my ride drives soft and smooth but they seem to have a little to much body roll for a lowered car. Coilovers are hard and not very forgiving on bumps I think. But I do like how they are adjustable.. And I prefer skunk2 brand!!
TEIN if I wanna spend the money!!!

Coilovers are not bad if you do research, get softer spring rates, and mate them up with the proper shocks.

Anyway I could get a link to that??? And I was thinking if I was to buy skunk2 coilovers I'm also gonna buy the skunk2 to sport shocks that work in conjunction with one another. Best bang for my buck I'm pretty sure.. I'm looking for performance but keep in mind its not a track car.. Just lots of rain and bumps.

Ditto
Plus u get the the adjustability...
People always focus on the springs... the most important part of ur suspension is not the springs, it's the shocks. Good shocks can mask "bad" springs.
But lowering springs are cool too. It's all personal preference & cost really

Not exactly true. There is not 1 single component in the suspension system that is most important. The whole system must work in harmony. Its not just a matter of picking good shocks and springs. If you want to get really technical about it, you need to know the weight of the car, spring rate of the spring, damper and rebound specs, roll center of the vehicle, sway bar size, etc etc.
You need to look for springs that will support the vehicle properly and give you the type of ride you are looking for. By which i mean, do you want your car to be low for looks or do you track the car, or even aggressive street driving. Once you have found a spring that suits your needs, then you can find a shock that will keep that spring in control.
The best answer to your question is, coil overs work best because you can adjust them according to your driving style, but not all coil overs are created equal, so do your research, and find what will suit your driving habits/needs best.
