Default Water In Oil, Newly Built Block, Never been Ran

b18c, 81.5 cps/eagle rods, fresh head..

I was filling my new motor up with water/oil getting ready to start it for the first time last night. I heard a gurgling in my catch can when I was adding the water. I then saw water leaking from my turbo drain bung on the oil pan..

Is there a plug somewhere inside that would allow this to happen? where should I start looking?!

Is the block sleeved?

I'll assume there is a head gasket installed...

How in Gods name... In for the results because that's gotta be a big leak.

Did you have any head work done at all? Have you used this head before?

I'm not sure if they "hot-tanked" it like a steel block... im pretty sure they just dissassembled it and cleaned it in the parts cleaner...

ive never seen a hot tank that got hot enough to warp a head, maybe because the head wasnt bolted down it would be easier

**Problem Solved**

I hooked up a water line to the little nipple for the catch can.... pumping water into your crank case FTL!

I ran 16 quarts of oil through the motor last night.. hopefully that flushed all the water out pretty good... once I get my car running I'll probably change the oil in 50-100 miles.
