Default Highest compression

What is the highest compression I can run on a d16z6 I will be rebuilding? On pump gas and a 75ish shot on race gas?

It depends. There are a bazillion variables that come into play here. What type of engine management are you running? Are you planning on forged internals or are you going to piece together some OEM stuff? Is it a wet, dry, or direct injection setup? Are you aware that nitrous tends to work better with flatter pistons than with either domed or dished pistons? Etc, etc, etc....

I PLANNED on Eagle rods and the Wiseco pistons. But no I wasnt thinking of the domed or flat pistons. Good point. Where can I find flat top pistons? And are the Eagle rods the best for this route?

Also I have not thought about the tuning yet either. I mean, I knew it was going to be tuned, but have not picked anything out a source of engine management yet.

75 shot, wet. Unless that is not the best idea either...
