Default A couple issues: idle, TPS, wideband

So, whilst adjusting said TPS it reads 4.4V closed and .45V WOT. Perfect, except that it's the inverse of what It's supposed to be!
Are my power and ground wires backwards? If so, no problemo I'll fix it as soon as someone answers my post...
It never gave me a problem before but now that the B20 is in, I wanna correct it.

Main thing...
Wideband(LC1). I have it wired to my ECU(PR3 OBD0) pin C8 and configured as per everyones instructions...
I also split the signal wire and it's going to an Innovate G2 A/F gauge as well.
Is this the reason I'm getting a steady 18:1 A/F at the gauge and thru BRE?

Also, the idle isn't going so well...
I have the idle screw almost all the way out, timing setting is iffy at best as I'm just trying to get it to idle on its own.
It tries to idle like this at 600rpm but that just doesnt work too well. I can open the throttle and hold it at 1000rpm and everything sounds OK.

Hit me up. I'll be on all night so I'll keep poking in to see if anyone responds.
Thanks ahead of time, guys.
