d16 turbo smoking

d16 turbo smoking
fully built y7 lower end. rebuild kitd z6 head... question is i have 450cc injectors and a vtec controller.. the vehicle is smoking but it smells rich.. is it smoking cuz it needs a tune? please help

has it been tuned since u put the turbo on? If not then u should get it tuned asap, i had pretty much the same set up as u and i floated to valves and blew the head gasket, so u should probably get some arp headstuds also, if u dont have them already.

yeah arp head studs new gasket. new rings ect... the turbo i had in it before was shot so it had lots of oil going in IC pipes and downpipe too.. do u think its burning the rest of that off?? keep in mind it smells rich.
