Default passenger power window issue?

ok i have a 99 civic ex, and my passenger side window doesnt work, i have replaced the motor and the regulator and both switches, and it still doesnt work, all the fuses are good and im starting to wonder if its the floor harness, if it is, is there anyway around it like just jumping power with a fuse to the power wires and groundin the wires that need to be grounded? and i have another question also, i accidently pulled the srs fuse while the key was on and now the srs light is on, how do i reset it, i tryed shorting the 2 wire plug on the inside fuse block and the srs light didnt blink or do anything. please if someone can help, thatd be awsome

LOL I did that once and went crazy! I never use the switch so I had no idea what was going on. I'm sure he's checked that though, or else it would suck if he replaced all that and not check the switch
