Drilling through firewall
I have a 92 Prelude SI, and I am trying to run my 2 gauge power wire through the firewall, and I can't find a spot to drill, does anyone have any suggestions?
if the wires you need to get past the firewall have to hook up to a positive 12V just hook it up to the headunits power instead of the battery. thats wat i did for my gauges. the wire is most likely yellow and it will probly have a lil fuse box on the wire
Remove the fusebox. There's room underneath.

Taken from a nitrous install at: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2261379
Also, remember to use a rubber grommet whenever running power wires through the firewall. Vibration and movement will rub the wire's insulation against the sharp chassis hole and it'll ground itself. Don't ask me how I know.

2ga wire is pretty hefty, I'm assuming he's powering an amp with it.

Well, like they say: pictures are worth a thousand words. And since I didn't want to type out a thousand words, I used the vast resources of H-T to get the point across.
2,000 watts, good lord! Let's see this thing in action when you're done! How many subs are you running back there?
