Default I'm a b00b..haha I mean n00b

Hey everyone, just want to start off buy saying hi to everyone in the midwest. I'm going to be picking up a civic as my dd shortly. Tonight I'm going to look at a 95 ex coupe, auto.
Currenly I have a 2g dsm.

I'm not looking to go too crazy on the civic since it will be a daily, but need something that can get out of it's own way on the road. What are some good beginners mods and I want to keep the car as quiet as possbile.
I've seen a lot of these cars still use the stock airbox, do they perform better than a short ram intake on these cars.
So far I know I will want a header and catback. Not looking to do any types of swaps. Possbily doing a turbo in the near future as that looks like a very easy install on these.
So sorry for the noob questions in advance. What sites are good for selling parts for these cars. I also will be looking for some oem foglights, any place you recommend that sells them besides ebay? And is the car pre-wired for them?

You can get a short ram its a little better then stock and free's up some room under the hood. If you want to turbo it auto isnt really the way to go basically auto is the wrong way to go if you want to make it faster.

buy my cx lightest civic its already a 5-speed and its cheap.

welcome to honda scene. might want to start this post in a dif section though

Just figure I would post up here seeing this is the midwest and I could meet a bunch of you guys.
I want an auto for a dd, even auto turbo cars are fun, like I said I'm not looking to race or anything. Just have some fun getting to and from work and get good gas mileage while I'm at it.

You might not be happy with the outcome if you turbo an auto honda
