well I was hoping I could use one off of another vehicle because I work at an autoparts store and I get a KILLER discount. just trying to save every penny but not sacrifice quality.
I've seen people use GM map sensors, but theres all kinds of wiring work you have to do to get it to plug into the harness, and most other boosted imports use MAF sensors instead of MAP sensors.
ok what is the best way to go about it. I have a 96 hatch and Im doing b18b swap. Im going with a solid setup and not cutting quality. just trying to get it done right, and save a few dollars if you can say that. haha
I agree with OMGWTFBBQ, you already have the S300, and the Hondata one is $130 for a B series, its a 4 Bar, so you can go upto 60 lbs if you ever want to, and is a direct plug in, so no cutting and splicing of wires which is needed to wire in a GM sensor. And in SManager you just have to pick your using the Hondata 4 Bar, theres no trying to find the right conversion table as with a GM
Well the Hondata 4-bar is the way I would go really, its direct plug and play, operates up to 4-bar, and its only $130 brand new from Hondata.
