Default Electrical prob; Taillights/ Inst. Cluster lights

I have a '92 VX all stock. The taillights and dash lights won't come on. They are on the same circuit, so I figured it was a blown fuse. The fuse is fine. Incidentally, I just replaced the timing belt and water pump just before this happened, but I can't think of anything I could have done that would have caused this.

Anyone have any ideas on what to check?

when it happened to me, i had soldered my side marker wiring and ended up putting too much solder, so the power had a bad connection..

redid the wiring and fixed everything
