regular or synthetic?

I use Castrol Synthetic 10w-30 with a Fram filter. Cant beat it.

Yea just make sure you put the correct amount in it and change the filter with the oil change.

Always double-check with the dip stick to ensure that you have the proper level. Don't just rely upon adding a fixed amount.

Walmart has got 5 quarts of full syn for like 14 bucks, add a fram and your good to go

do you have any leaks right now or any oil weeping on say the valve cover or anything? synthetic will leak worse than conventional oil because its generally thinner just something to take into consideration if all your seals are good then it would be better to run synthetic but regular 5w-30 should be good also
