Default b16 internals blon head gasket

so my head gasket went due to an accidnetal heating issue, thermostat idnt open hen girlfriend was driving car and it got hot from over heating, i bought a new head gasket and arp head studs, but while i'm at it i've been boosting on stock internals(7psi) i'm going to go with the arias set, 9.1:1, comes with rings wrist pins etc etc,

while he motor is apart what else should i put in, i dont want to go over board, but while pistons are getting done should i buy rod bearings while i'm at it?

let me know what else i sohuld consider, i'm kinda on a budget so is there anything else that sohuld be highly recomended???

whats the cost of shot peening vs a set if eagle rods? and is the difference worth it for peace of mind?

yea i would just go ahead and get some eagle rods. the shotpeening process costed like $150 and the rod bolts were $50, so for alittle more you can get eagle rods.
