Ok ive been thinking this over...Now people do Ls/ Vtec turbos...for the nice lower and upper end...then theres the boost
But honestly is it that much of a difference over an Ls turbo w/ a nice cam?? The point in having Vtec is to rev high which is where they make all thier power..but when your on the ls block your limited. Why go though all that when a cam on the ls could make similar gains?? Am i wrong?? Somone show me the light

difference equals port size. LS ports are far smaller than a VTEC's. Even the best head work money can buy could not give you the same benefits as a VTEC head. What head combo is going to give you 60whp or better, and still purr like a kitten? And if you can find it, compare it to a GSR heads cost. It doesn't add up to me.
