i got a built ls head with a sleeved and built ls bottom end. im looking to get 500whp turboed of course. waht would be the advantages of goin to lsvtec. its either use this head or get stock b16 head and get some valves and springs and gsr cams. what is the best way to go?

 

ls/vtec is alot better ls head flows like ****. im on the same boat right now should have my built motor back monday

 

i think you should do the ls/vtec setup boosted because you can make just as much ftq as hp

 

you can port the hell out the ls head, but it will never outflow the vtec head

 

I'd say if you already have a built ls head, just slap it on there and spend your money on the turbo stuff. If you happen to be rich, my suggestion would be different, though.
