what exactly are you trying to do? you might wanna include year/model info on future questions. what year is the dizzy and what year is the harness? because 99-00 dizzys are missing a wire that goes to the icm....if yer putting a 99-00 dizzy on a pre-99 car you will need to add that wire the dizzy...open it up and look inside there will be a pin on the icm with no wire on it...thats where the extra comes from. if yer trying to put a pre-99 dizzy on a 99-00 just leave the extra wire out...cut it off an tape it up good so it doesnt touch anything.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by freakasis &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">....will need to add that wire the dizzy...open it up and look inside there will be a pin on the icm with no wire on it...thats where the extra comes from....</TD></TR></TABLE>

im assuming you have both dizzys....follow all the wires on the 98 dizzy and see where they go in the plug...then follow all the wires in the 99-00 dizzy and put em all in the same places as the 98 (including the extra wire you have to add)
