What is the better tranny for turbo?
hey guys I got a bone stock gsr and I'm throwing on a 42 trim turbo... I have a b16 tranny on it right now but I got a friend with a ls tranny and wants to trade... So my question is
In a quartermile race with a boosted gsr what tranny would be best ls or b16??

slick size? power? rpm range? where do you want to trap?
too many variables, but i am gonna say, small turbo, probably not enormous power, stay b16 and you should be trapping top of 4th.
the ls you may be lower in 4th.
making 540 i was 9k in 4th gear at 130 mph.
