Default turbo vtec or else

i have heard different things from different people. The topic is, if i get a motor swap should i get a GSR and tubro it? or should i get an 18 from the LS and turbo that?? I have heard that the Vtec aren't good for a turbo motor. PLease help with any info, please. thanks

Well stock vs. stock with the same setup the VTEC motor will put out more power. It's up to you to decide if the difference in power is worth spending that extra $2000 or so though.

i guess you don't understand. not the ******* engine

does a Vtec work GREAT with a turbo? or does the PSI cause the vtec to fail?

Don't be a clown.

VTEC will work fine with boost, just gotta tune it right. The LS motor has lower compression, so technically, it should work better with a turbo. If you plan on leaving the internals stock, an LS motor is perfect. If you wanna get hardcore, build up the DOHC VTEC GS-R and tune it right, the B18C1 is for you.
