Default B18C turbo starting to overheat

I put a JDM B18C and a T3-T4 turbo in my 93delsol. It's been fine for about 6 months and i've driven it from florida to texas with no problems. Now after driving for about 15 minutes at 60 mph or above it starts to overheat. I've checked the radiator and fans but can't figure out why it's doing it. The temperature gauge will go back down once i slow down to 50 mph. Ne ideas on why it's doing this?
