Is it happening while you are driving straight, turning left or turning right?

It grinds more when i accelerate. While i'm idle the car is fine. But as soon as i hit around 3000 rpms it starts to grind and vibrate. But not when i turn. Let me know whats up.

sounds like something else is going on. jack the car up, take off the wheel and inspect it. that's the first thing i would do when if i heard weird noises. I actually heard some weird grinding yesterday, took off my rear pass. wheel and discovered somehow my pass rear brake has worn out much faster than the driver side for some reason and was starting to score my rotor. but that's another issue

Could be wheel bearing too. Jack it up and check for play in the wheel. Also make sure the axle nut didn't pop off (probably not if Honda installed it, but I've seen that on other cars that torqued it to spec.)
