Trying find a good power wire near the sunroof area if anyone could help. Took the light/sunglass display apart tonight and found 3 plugs (1 not plugged into anything) but have no clue which one is a good power wire.

Any help would be appreciated!

Buy a 12v test light or make one for less than a dollar.

I couldn't tell you which wire, but plenty of people go to a radio remote wire. You don't want it staying on all the time, and you don't want to have to remember to turn it on each time.
