Default How much of various fluids is needed for tune up?

Im looking to do some tune up work and went to search how much of various fluids would be needed both on Google and here and didnt find much. Can anyone give me some insight on the following:

Power Steering
Brake
Transmission
Antifreeze (total mixed)

Also, i did see some people talkin about clutch fluid. Should i go ahead and clear that out as well (130,000 miles)? If so, how much is necessary and is there a special Honda fluid?

And dont worry, VTEC fluid is already taken care of.

TIA

PS - Not necessary to change.
Brake - 1 litre
Clutch - 500ml will be plenty (buy the cheapest stuff since there is no performance benefit using an expensive fluid)
Tranny - 2.3 liter
Anitfreeze - I usually mix up 8L and have a bit left over.

I've used the Valvoline Synpower brake fluid for the clutch hydraulic system and it doesn't provide the same feel as with a Honda fluid. It's much more numb and the clutch engagement point is vague. I'm sure it would work great if you just wanted to dump the clutch at every light.

I use either the regular Honda DOT 3 from the dealership or Honda Pro DOT 4 from the motorsports shops.

Also a Valvoline Synpower user... my experience isn't the same, nothing but positive. Tried ATE Superblue and felt no difference track or street so I tried a cheaper fluid. Valvoline is suppose to be the best bang for the buck. Don't feel a difference so I'll stick with it, I flush my fluid every 2 or 3 track days.
