Check for blown fuses under the hood and dash.

If the blinker bulb is blown, the signals won't work. Check for a bad bulb.

Did you check for blown fuses?

The parking lights and turn signals are on a different circuit. Check the filaments in the turn signal bulbs.

Both the gauge assembly and signals are protected by fuse 15. Have you checked for blown fuses?

Also check for any blown bulbs in the turn signal system.

If no luck, then go back and check for disconnected ground wires.
