tail light problem

tail light problem
i think i might have something wrong with the el;ectrical problem...my running lights work but when i press the brakes they dont brighten like tehy r supposed to...i check the fuses but all are good...HELP!!!

Yup, when the bulbs are bad your parking lights can work but not your brake lights.
