Default Normal compression #'s for an H22A4?

I'm planning on doing a leak down test because lately I've been noticing some smoke coming from the exhaust when I get on the throttle. What's the normal range for compression #'s on an H22A4 with a little over 100k?

Do you get smoke after being off the throttle (ie. coasting), and then getting back on it. Also, after you've been at a stop light idling then give it gas to get going? If the answer is yes to those questions, the problem is the valve seals.

it's not nearly as important how high the numbers are [they are important] but how consistent they are to each other. i've always been told no more than 10 off each other. but of course, higher the number, obviously the better.
