Checked my timing and its at 22tdc which is way advance...last night my civic d15b2 dx died out on me on the freeway and wouldnt turn back on and when it did its almost like i have no gas stuttering when i got it turn on it ran like shiet stepped on gas doesnt go anywhere so i pulled over to the shoulder and see if there was any code it was only flashing code 1 so i search the manual and its the O2 "A" i just pass smog with flying numbers 2 weeks ago before i mess around wiht the dizzy...can the advancing casue the o2 to go bad and make the car like this?

 

Nah, your problem isnt being caused by your o2 sensor. I dont even have mine hooked up.

 

Your timing being off will cause emissions to be off and your O2 sensor is reading that. Check your cam timing, it may have jumped a tooth. Then set your ignition timing to specification.
