Ticking noise(b18c1)

I know this stupid question but there is ticking noise coming from my cyclinder head I was wondering if this is normal or not? I work around bmw's and ticking from the cyclinder head is normal just wondering if it is the same for honda's motors.com

probabaly needs a valve lash adjustment
