Jeff-
in my case the idle position was too high.... i still have slight issue but thats another story all together. just play with your idle screw when the car is warmed up or when it starts the funny idle. i drove mine around for about 15 minutes (errands) then came home, revved it up until the idle started bouncing, then play with the idle screw until it was smooth again. Hope this helps.

There's a sensor on the back of the intake manifold (iavc?)... disconnect it and see if it idles normally, if it does, that's your problem.
are you throwing any codes?
another fix is to clean out your throttle body with carb cleaner. remove it from the car, and clean it out.
