leaking oil after turbo installation

Default leaking oil after turbo installation

ok i just installed a turbo on my 93 eg but i have a problem, i got oil coming from a box right next to the oil filter it seems like when the car is on, theres air blowing out of there along with oil. the engine is a d16a. sohc. is there a seal around that area? what should i do?

That box you describe sounds like your "oil breather chamber" This could be where your oil is leaking. There is a hose connect to it from the driver side. There is also an o-ring that goes between the oil breather chamber unit itself and the motor block.

That box is a baffle for the PCV system. Make sure the PCV hose is inserted into it all of the way. It also slips into the block and has an o-ring seal. Remove the 2 10mm bolts that hold it in and replace the o-ring if that is the source of the leak.
