Default RDX injectors into a D-series manifold?

I have a set of RDX injectors that I want to use on my D16Z6 turbo. The length of the injector is do-able, as is the fuel rail end. The manifold end is a little loose. I'm afraid it's going to leak under boost.

Has anyone done this before?
Or could anyone suggest a method to get some custom o-rings made?
