Default Will LOW gearbox oil, cause HARD shifting

I have a problem guys.
I have a 00 Si.
b16a engine

The problem is that when i shift at 8200rpms, the gears are VERY hard to SELECT/Put In.
Any gear, 2/3/4.

At Low RPM, its not so hard to find the gears.

A mechanic told me, it is possible i have low gear oil.

What do you guys think

Try replacing the fluid with Honda MTF, and see if it improves.

Also how are your shifter bushings?

Are the motor mounts in good shape too ?

I use a suction gun to fill the tranny. You can buy one next to the grease guns at the auto parts store.

Or, my motor is out, will the car still run?

Its the one connected to the bushings which is bent....
not the selector one.

a bent linkage didn't throw up a flag earlier than this?

3 month old mtf, but was it adequately filled? it doesn't matter how new it is if there isn't enough of it.
