hey guys i searched and ask around but no answers. Well my problem is when i step on the clutch pedal all the way to the floor it won't go in gear but when i push it half way it goes in gear smoothly.. (new clutch kit, flywheel, throw out, clutch master cylinder etc.) things i did:

-bleed da clutch 5 times
-check to see if fork is moving
-check for leaks

 

That's a tricky one, but it has to be something you did wrong assembling the clutch parts methinks. I'ts overthrowing the clutch to the point where its binding up.

 

there is a rod on the clutch master clyinder that can be adjusted, try that.

 

anybody else... i took it apart and redid everything again with da help of my friend who is a mechanic and even he could not find out what was wrong.
