Default surge after warmed up HELP !!!

bought this car 00 civic coupe with a hurt motor was turbocharged. Put a used engine in 1.6 sohc runs good the problem is when it is started cold it runs good then once shut off and re started it goes for about 10-15 seconds fine then it loads up for just a few seconds then clears right up. Does it everytime the same way only after the engine is run shutoff and started again ????? Put fuel pressure regulator had 310cc injectors changed to stock, changed the computer for a stock one still the same . I'm lost there are no codes HELP ME PLEASE !!!

been to 2 machanics they don't know. Just off the phone with another he sais the ETC may cause it to go rich without setting a code

i had a simular problem and mine ended up being the FICV fast idle control valve. thats that lil doohicky bowl like thing on the bottom of your throttle body. i also have a tb gasket leak. any sort of leak like a gasket or vaccum hose will cause irratic idle. check all hoses and make sure there not [freak]led up

idels fine runs fine just loads up for a few seconds after shutoff and restart

did you checked spark cables and trottle body position sensor ?

check also the flywheel position sensor and h2o temp sensor. if they don't works correcly the can modify the air/fuel mixture into to lean and the engine could switches off.
Before the trottle body on the air intake piping between air fliter and trottle there is the air temp sensor check it
